| Guest Bartender Event - September 16th |
|
September 16 is our 2nd Annual Guest Bartender Event at Around the Corner in Lakewood. Proceeds go to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and support our fundraising efforts for the 2010 JDRF Walk to Cure Diabetes (September 25, 2010 at the Zoo) and our Walk team, Nathaniel’s Rainbow Riders. We will be there from 6:00 to at least 10:00.
It’s simple – come and eat and drink and your tips go to JDRF. We had a great crowd, a great time, and great results at last year’s event. We know we can do even better this year. Spread the word, the more the merrier. |

| Aultman Hospital Teen Support Group |
|
A Teen Support Group has started at Aultman Hospital on the 3rd Thursday of every month from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in the Diabetes Education Center, Aultman Hospital Ground Level. This support group is open to any teen ages 12-17 with diabetes, with emphasis on type 1 diabetes.
